Academics

The International School of Estonia offers education for children aged 3 to 19. Its curriculum is based on the programs of the International Baccalaureate Organization. Primary Years Programme (PYP) – preschool through grade 5, Middle Years Programme (MYP) – grade 6 through grade 10 and Diploma Programme – grade 11 and 12. Language of study is English.

The school is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and by the Council of International Schools (CIS). Authorisations from the IBO for curricular programmes were granted in 2002 for the PYP, 2004 for the DP, and 2017 for the MYP. The school was accredited by CIS and NEASC in 2007. Accreditation and authorisation with IB, CIS and NEASC has been continuous since those dates.
