Donald Ian “Don” Payne

Don Payne has been working in International Education for three and a half decades. He has worked in education in nine countries and been the leader of International Schools all around the globe. He has a degree in Education and an MA in Education Management.

The International Baccalaureate is close to Don’s heart and he has had the privilege and responsibility of involvement with the I.B that reaches back over thirty years. During this time, Don has written I.B. curricula, facilitated workshops and trainer training, completed programme evaluations and reviewed and updated I.B. documentation.

Don strives for a good work life balance and outside of education, he cycles, travels and tinkers with the engineering masterpiece that is the Saab C900.
