Rosemarie Andrews

PYP Teacher

Miss Rosemarie was born in Queensland Australia and grew up in UK where she graduated
from Bingley College of Education after training to be a teacher. She taught in Yorkshire and
then Australia as a primary teacher for 8 years.

After traveling around the world and living in the Netherlands Rosemarie returned to
Australia where she taught adult literacy and English as a Second language for ages 4 to
adult and. She then worked for 10 years as a learning support teacher and studied at
Griffith University Brisbane where she fulfilled a Graduate Diploma in Special Education.
She has studied IT and holds a diploma in multimedia.

Rosemarie taught as a preschool teacher for 11 years in Queensland which she loved so
much she has remained teaching in that area since then.
In 2006 Rosemarie joined the International Baccalaureate programme, teaching in
Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Norway and now Estonia. Rosemarie speaks some Dutch, Indonesian
a little Azerbaijani and Norwegian.
