My professional background is in investment management since 1997 and I also have deep personal interest in positive psychology and coaching. I have a degree in International Business Administration from Estonian Business School, I have studied psychology in University of Tartu and coaching strategies in NLP Academy in London. I have previous board member experience from Laagri Kool, a total of 9 years, from 2012 to 2021.
