Ms. Ketlin was born and raised in Jõgeva, Estonia. Her mom has been a teacher in the local kindergarten and Ms. Ketlin fell in love with teaching, observing and helping her mom at work. She has always believed that every child has a voice, every child is unique and every child needs a personal approach.
Her studies at Tallinn University brought her to Tallinn in 2002. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree cum laude and Master’s Degree from Tallinn University. She has done her Bachelor’s Degree research work investigating the food habits of Estonian children in the kindergarten and her Master’s Degree investigating the history of kindergartens in Jõgeva’s county. As a university student she worked for the Mainor  University organizing city camps for children.

Ms. Ketlin has been working for ISE since 2007. She started at ISE as an assistant in preschool as she was still finishing her Master’s Degree. The director at the time saw Ms. Ketlin’s potential and asked her to become a teacher for Preschool 3 class the following year. Two years later the director offered Ms. Ketlin a position as a Reception teacher.

Ms. Ketlin is trained in the Primary Years Programme in the International Baccalaureate (IB) system. She has participated in several workshops about teaching and learning in Early Years setting. She has led  workshops for kindergarten teachers and parents. She believes in life long learning. She has been a great addition to our team with her problem-solving mindset and creativity.

Ms. Ketlin has been singing in different choirs and performed as a solo artist in different events. She enjoys dancing, singing, painting, spending time with her family and visiting art galleries around the world.
