Lando Cameron Sterling is a seasoned educator currently serving as a teacher and coordinator at the International School of Estonia. With over 17+ years of teaching experience, including more than 7+ years in International Baccalaureate (IB) programs, he teaches English Literature and Individuals & Societies in the MYP. He also acts as the Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) Coordinator and the ISE Action Coordinator.

Born in Shreveport, Louisiana (USA), Lando graduated from Southern University A&M Baton Rouge as the top graduate of the College of Education Spring of 2006. He later earned two Masters of Education in both Administration and Supervision. His career started with teacher and leadership roles in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (USA) & Houston, Texas (USA) where he gained recognition for excellence in teaching and coaching. After travelling extensively to over 45 countries, he taught in Cancun, Mexico before joining ISE, bringing a global perspective to his educational approach.
