ISE is looking for educators who meet the following criteria:

• • A minimum of 2 years experience

• • Certified

• • IB trained and experienced

• • Native speaker or C1-C2 level of English proficiency

• • Willingness to learn Estonian to a B1 level in 5 years

• • Ability to work well as part of a team

• • Ability to motivate and provide encouragement to children

• • Enjoy being part of an exciting, vibrant and committed team of educators
