Director’s Bio

Don Payne has been working in International Education for 3 decades and has been the leader of a number of International Schools around the globe. He has a degree in Education and an MA Education Management.

The International Baccalaureate is close to Don’s heart and he has had the privilege and responsibility of a long-term writing involvement with the I.B.  Don strives for a good work life balance and outside of Education, he cycles, travels and develops his appreciation of the engineering masterpiece that is the Saab C900.
